Request data deletion

Admilio honors data deletion requests from end users and from the platforms we integrate with. This page describes how to make a request and what to expect.

I signed in to Admilio with Facebook

Open Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites → Admilio → Remove. Facebook will send Admilio a data deletion request on your behalf and we will delete the data tied to your Facebook user within 30 days. You will be returned a confirmation code that you can use to track status at /data-deletion/status.

I installed Admilio on my Shopify store

Uninstall Admilio from your Shopify admin (Apps → Admilio → Remove). 48 hours after uninstall, Shopify will send Admilio a shop redaction request and we will delete all data associated with your store within 30 days. Customer-level redaction and data-request webhooks from Shopify are also honored within 30 days.

I have an Admilio account directly

Email privacy@admilio.ai from the address tied to your Admilio account. Requests are processed within 30 days. We will confirm by email once the deletion is complete.

What we delete

On a verified deletion request we remove: your account record and authentication details, OAuth access tokens for connected platforms, brand and product data fetched on your behalf, ad creatives and briefs produced through the product, and any cached performance metrics. Aggregate analytics that cannot be tied back to you may be retained.

Retention exceptions

We may retain limited records (account ID, deletion request ID, timestamp) for as long as required by law, for fraud prevention, or to demonstrate compliance with our legal obligations. This retained data does not include your content.
