Terms of Service

This is a placeholder Terms of Service for Admilio Studio Ltd. (“Admilio,” “we,” or “us”). Final terms are being prepared with counsel and will replace this page before public app submission. By using Admilio you agree to these terms as currently published.

The service

Admilio is an AI ad creative intelligence platform for DTC brands on Shopify and Meta. Customers connect their store and ad account, Admilio researches the brand, generates ad creative, and (with explicit customer authorization) publishes ad creative to Meta. Some features are available only on paid plans.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be authorized to connect any Shopify store or Meta ad account that you connect through Admilio. One Admilio account per brand owner; additional team seats are governed by your subscription tier.

Your content

You retain ownership of your brand assets, product data, generated creatives, and anything else you bring into or produce in Admilio (“Customer Content”). You grant Admilio a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, copy, process, transmit, and display Customer Content as needed to operate the service, deliver the features you sign up for, and improve the results we produce for you.

Service access and improvement

Admilio personnel may access your account and the Customer Content within it as needed to provide and support the service, troubleshoot issues, review quality, and tune the results we produce for you. Access is limited to team members who need it to perform their duties and is logged.

We may also use de-identified, aggregated information derived from Customer Content across our customer base to operate, secure, benchmark, and improve the service — for example, to learn which kinds of briefs convert better in aggregate, or to improve the underlying models we use. This aggregated information is structured so it cannot reasonably be used to identify any individual customer, brand, or end consumer.

Outside of de-identified, aggregated use, we will not use one customer’s Customer Content to train models that primarily serve another customer. Your identifiable brand DNA, briefs, and generated creatives stay scoped to your account.

AI-generated output

Creatives produced by Admilio are generated by third-party AI models on your behalf. You are responsible for reviewing each creative before publishing it and ensuring it complies with applicable advertising laws and the policies of the channels you ship to (e.g., Meta’s Advertising Standards). Admilio does not warrant that any specific output will pass platform review.

Acceptable use

Do not use Admilio to generate or publish content that is illegal, infringes third-party rights, contains malware, or violates the policies of the platforms you publish to. Do not attempt to access another customer’s data, reverse-engineer the service, or interfere with its operation.

Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe and renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; access continues to the end of the paid period. Generation credits are consumed per creative and do not roll over between billing periods.

Third-party platforms

Admilio interoperates with Shopify, Meta, Stripe, and other third-party services. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for changes to those platforms’ APIs, pricing, or policies.

Termination

You can close your Admilio account at any time. We can suspend or close an account that violates these terms or that we reasonably believe poses a risk to the service or to other customers. On termination we will delete Customer Content within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for fraud prevention.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Admilio disclaims all warranties, express or implied. Admilio’s aggregate liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of London, England, unless local law gives you the right to sue in another forum.

Changes

We may update these terms; we will post updates to this page and notify active customers of material changes by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
